When will I receive my order?
We normally process orders the morning after an order is placed. In some instances we are able to ship and mail the day the item was ordered. We ship orders from our warehouse in California.
We process and ship orders Monday - Friday unless a national holiday. To keep prices as low as possible we use USPS First Class mail with tracking. This enables you to keep track of your package while simplifying our shipping processes. If you require overseas shipping or faster deliveries, please contact us directly so we can take care of your needs.
Are flags sold on this site Made In America?
We carry several items in our store which are Made in America. These items are clearly marked. We research daily new opportunities to provide even more items Made in the USA to our customers.
How long will my flag last?
We, as flag flyers ourselves, primarily fly our 100% economy flags. We have found over time when flying flags daily from sun up to sun down our flags keep their colors and condition for a year before needing to be replaced. Of course, flying in severe weather, etc. will reduce the life of your flag. Because of shipping times, we suggest to customers to order their flags every six months so their flagpoles will never miss a day flying a flag.
More traditional cotton flags tend to fade faster depending on your geographic location and the amount of sun exposure.
Our DuraFlag Nylon flags perform similar to our economy nylon flags, however, they will endure weather exposure better.
I need a large quantity of flags. Can I get a better price per flag?
We work with many nonprofit and charitable organizations who require large numbers of flags annually. We happily provide bulk pricing in those instances. Please contact us via the Contact Us form and we will provide a detailed quote.
I represent a nonprofit. What do you need from me to receive our tax exemption?
We are happy to provide flags for nonprofits. We require documentation from you showing IRS "nonprofit" standing. We keep these on file for our own tax purposes.
